The Lund Institute of Technology (LTH), which was founded in 1961, is Sweden's third largest institute of technology. This internationally renowned institution comprises a very large number of departments and research centres, some of which are joint ventures with the Faculty of Science. Undergraduate teaching, postgraduate studies and research are pursued in the fields of chemical, environmental, civil, mechanical, electrical and information-communication engineering, as well as computer science, engineering physics, engineering mathematics, nanotechnology, industrial management and engineering, biotechnology, surveying, risk management, architecture and industrial design. |
